You are invited to attend a meeting on 29th June 2008 to discuss important issues concerning Gurdwara constitution and possible venue for this year’s day trip. It is important that you attend and give us your views on these issues.

AGENDA

1. The following amendments to the constitution will be discussed:
• Change of name from Oxford Sri Guru Singh Sabha to Sri Guru Singh Sabha Oxford
• Removal of all references to caste
• Should we change the constitution so that all future presidents have to be Amritdhari Sikhs, or just have Sikhi saroop?

2. Suggestions for day trip (date to be discussed):
• visit another Gurdwara within UK
• visit another beach within UK
